Where it is used

A bracket-mounted street luminaire for roads, plant driveways, car parks and fuel station forecourts. Twice the flux of Classic 50W lets you widen the pole spacing. On short spans it is more than you need.

Notes

  1. The calculated flux is power × 180 lm/W: an upper bound from the efficacy claimed for the LED modules; the module specification and the report are not published on this site. It is not a measurement of the assembled luminaire: the 2018 IES files give 130 to 140 lm/W. The LM-79 report is in progress; until then, use the flux from the IES file in your design, not the calculated one.
  2. Calculated from the efficacy claimed for the modules, not a measurement of the assembled luminaire. The 2018 IES files give 130 to 140 lm/W for the models that have a file.
  3. Range from the 2018 catalogue, being confirmed for the current drivers.
  4. Calculated life of the LED module from the LED vendor's data, not of the assembled luminaire. The LM-80 report and the TM-21 projection have been requested; until then the figure is not backed by a report.
  5. The rows at the end of the table are what the product data sheet does not carry yet: Ra, percent flicker, UGR, beam angle, supply voltage range, dimensions and the make of the LEDs and driver. Each will appear here as soon as a document confirms it. If you need one of them for technical specifications now, ask us by phone.
  6. The beam angle is computed from the attached IES file at half of the peak intensity. The multiplier does not change the shape of the curve, so the figure holds even for the two files whose absolute values do not agree.

Light distribution curve

Built from the same IES file that is available for download. There is a problem with this file; it is described right below the curve.

90° 90°

We do not show the numbers from this file. Its curve integrates to 45,409 lm while the stated flux is 13,000 lm, a factor of 3,5. A luminaire does not emit more than is put into it, so one of the two numbers in the file is wrong, and the file itself does not say which. The shape of the curve is usable, the absolute values are not: this file must not go into a calculation until the manufacturer issues a corrected one.

C0-C180 C90-C270

The file is dated 2018 and comes from the HLT model of the same name. The calculated flux in the table above was obtained differently. The file was recorded at 5700 K while the model ships in 3000 / 4000 / 6500 K: module flux depends on colour temperature and has to be recalculated for another one.
