Terms of use of the site
Who owns the site, what its prices and calculations mean, how you may use the materials and what we are responsible for.
Revision of 17 September 2026.
1. Whose site this is
The site silasveta.uz belongs to SILA SVETA private enterprise (xususiy korxona), TIN 303213404, address: 85 Bodomzor yoʻli 1-tor koʻchasi, Yunusabad district, Tashkent 100052, phone +998 97 771 11 83.
The site is for information only: goods cannot be bought or paid for through it. Orders are placed under a supply contract signed by the parties.
2. Prices and availability
Prices on the site come from the price list with the date shown on it and are given in Uzbek soums (UZS) including VAT.
Information on prices, specifications and availability is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and is an invitation to make offers, not a public offer (Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). Price, lead time and delivery terms become binding only after a contract is signed or an invoice is issued and paid.
Items marked “price per project” are priced individually. Until a contract is concluded, prices may change without notice.
3. Specifications and files
Luminaire specifications are taken from the product data sheet, the IES photometric files are dated 2018, and wherever a figure is calculated or a file is internally inconsistent, this is stated next to the figure.
Use these data for preliminary selection; the exact calculation for a site is done by an engineer in DIALux from your plan. If tender or project requirements rely on a specific value, request the current data sheet and test report from us before submitting a bid.
4. Calculator and illuminance estimate
The savings calculator and the illuminance estimate in the file viewer use simplified models and ignore surface reflections, the maintenance factor, illuminance requirements by room type and uniformity requirements.
Their result is an estimate, not a design, and we accept no obligations based on it.
5. Site materials and rights to them
Texts, photographs, diagrams, the site design and the IES photometric files belong to SILA SVETA private enterprise and are protected by copyright law.
The price list, catalogue and IES files are published for selection and design work: you may download, copy and pass them to designers and clients unchanged, keeping the file name and the manufacturer reference. Altering the contents of IES files or presenting them as the characteristics of other products is not allowed.
Texts and photographs may be reproduced with a link to the site.
Client logos and names belong to their owners, are shown as a record of completed deliveries and do not imply their recommendation or endorsement of the products.
6. Liability
Information on the site is provided “as is”. We keep it current but do not guarantee that it is free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the site alone, without a contract, an engineer's calculation and a test report.
Obligations regarding quality, delivery time and warranty arise from the supply contract (Articles 403 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan), not from the text of the site.
We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the site or for the operation of third-party services that a request passes through.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party resources: maps, documents and services. We are not responsible for their content or for what they do with your data.
8. Governing law and disputes
Use of the site is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the court at the company's location in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The site is available in three languages. In case of discrepancy between the language versions, the meaning is determined by the Russian revision, in which the document was drafted.
9. Changes
The terms may change together with the site. The current revision is always on this page, with the date at the top.
This revision was prepared on 17 September 2026 and applies from the date of publication on the site; approval by the director is in progress.
