No less light: 26,000 lm from our luminaire by its IES file against 24,200 lm from a new 400 W mercury-vapour lamp by catalogue. Old mercury-vapour lamps dim over time, so the difference on site is usually larger.

Covers not only failure but loss of light: if the luminous flux drops, we replace the luminaire. Terms are in the contract.
