Our own housings, assembly and a test of every luminaire, not boxed imports under a new label. That is why the 3-year warranty and the engineer are here: he comes to your site, and repairs do not travel to China.
Manufacturing in Tashkent
Assembly, module soldering, drivers, burn-in and packing all happen on one site. The housing is an extruded aluminium profile that doubles as the heat sink.

Made in Uzbekistan
In public procurement a domestic producer is entitled to a price preference of 8% to 15% under Presidential Decree No. UP-17 of 4 February 2026. Documents on our Tashkent production are available on request.
Quality control
We check every step rather than the finished luminaire: catching a defect at intake is cheaper than replacing it on site.

Incoming component inspection
LED modules and drivers are checked by batch before assembly: current, voltage, flicker. A batch that deviates does not go into production.

Assembly and thermal joint
We seat the module on the profile through a thermal interface: a poor joint shows up a year later as a drop in flux.

Burn-in under load
The assembled luminaire runs under load before dispatch, which screens out early driver failures.

Pre-dispatch check
Before packing we check power, colour temperature and the mounting kit against the product specification.
The burn-in duration and the list of measured parameters will be stated in the batch certificate.
Three-year warranty on luminous flux
If the luminous flux drops below 95% of its initial value, we replace the luminaire.
We give three years and extend the warranty beyond failure to luminous flux depreciation, which is what erodes illuminance unnoticed.
- What is covered
- Failure of the luminaire or driver, and a drop of luminous flux below 95% of the initial value within 36 months from delivery, provided the product is operated as specified in its data sheet. The drop is confirmed by measurement; the measurement method is described in the warranty letter.
- What is not covered
- Mechanical damage, installation or wiring contrary to the instructions, mains voltage beyond the rating in the data sheet, vandalism and natural disasters, and luminaires opened outside the company's service. The exact list of exclusions is in the contract.
- How it is issued
- A 36-month warranty letter comes with the delivery, and for public procurement it forms part of the bid document pack. The quality warranty is given under the supply contract (Articles 403 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
- What to do on failure
- Call the main number and quote the contract or invoice number. An engineer clarifies the terms and, if needed, comes to the site and takes a measurement. A faulty luminaire is replaced or repaired; the replacement is recorded in a handover record, and the warranty period for the replaced unit starts anew.
The warranty terms, namely the period, claim procedure, measurement and exclusions, are fixed in the supply contract and the warranty letter. If this page differs from the contract, the contract prevails.
Service
Manufacturing is in Tashkent, so the warranty is here too. Repairs do not travel to China.
- Engineer on site
- Illuminance measured with a lux meter, suspension and supply checked, a report after the visit.
- Loan stock
- While a warranty claim is being resolved we install a luminaire from the loan stock.
- Follow-up supply
- Additional units of the same model: colour temperature and optics will match what is already mounted.
The size of the loan stock and the response time are being written into a service policy.
History
The Sila Sveta legal entity was registered in 2015, but the production grew out of High Light Technology.

Price list and the domestic producer preference
Price list of 30 March 2026 including VAT. From 1 April 2026 domestic producers are entitled to a price preference in purchases by budget customers.
