Questions about this series
How is the Classic series mounted?
Mounting height is 4 to 10 m. Fixings are supplied with the luminaire, and mounting dimensions come with the calculation. Your contractor installs; our engineer visits on request.
Which colour temperature should I choose?
Factory floors and warehouses: 4000 or 5000 K. Streets and plant grounds: 4000 K. Retail and offices: 3000 or 4000 K. The value is fixed in the order and cannot be changed later.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Both failure of the luminaire and a drop in luminous flux; the terms are written into the contract. A faulty luminaire is replaced.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the batch size and the production load. We state it in the quotation.
